Refinisher Certification, for DuPont Lifetime Warranty & OEM Certification
Refinisher Certification is a process-oriented course which focuses on the most common repairs – spot and panel repairs – with special emphasis on product selection and application tips and best practices. This course highlights the products used by attending students, and provides product and application recommendations for each students situation. Students successfully completing Refinisher Certification are eligible to offer the DuPont Lifetime Warranty and OEM Warranty Certification.
Who should attend: Refinishers with at least one year professional experience and needing certification for DuPont Lifetime Warranty; Jobber technical personnel.
Advanced Blending and Tri-coat Repair Certification
Advanced Blending and Tri-coat Repair Certification is a skill and technique development course for the refinish professional looking to take his/her skills to the next level. This process-oriented course includes paint application blending techniques, paint shop equipment specifications and technology, safe practices, pigmentation of multi-stage finishes, and color tinting.
Who should attend: Refinishers who have successfully completed Refinisher Certification and/or have at least two years professional experience; Jobber technical personnel.
Color Solutions
Color Solutions is a 2-day, highly interactive course which provides the refinish professional with an overview of color theory, the causes of color variation, and classroom- and shop-based practical activities using DuPont™ Refinish Color Solutions Tools including ColorNet™, ChromaVision™, X-Pert™, Acquire™, Color Proof System and VINdicator™. Special emphasis is placed on critical repair process steps aimed at improving color matching efficiency.

DuPont Industrial Coatings
DuPont Industrial Coatings offers a 3-day advanced Industrial Coatings & Corrosion Technology training course. This course has been designed specifically for DuPont Industrial Coatings products related to technical coating solutions. Focusing on a combination of classroom, laboratory and a "hands on" approach to learning, you will be exposed to surface prep methods, brush, roll & spray applications of DIC Products, inspection methods, and coating failure analysis techniques.
